Refund/Return Policy

We have a "No Questions Asked" return policy!

Shohrey® will happily accept returns due to reasons including size issue, faulty product(Which we make sure does not happen) or even change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. 

Our first preference will be to resolve the issue by any means possible but if that does not happen, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund, yes you read it right, your money will be refunded!

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and amount will be refunded after deduction of the initial courier charges.
